HOW TO ORDER
Ordering from us is simple and straightforward. Place your items in the basket using the 'Add to basket' button, then go to 'View basket' when you have finished shopping.

Please note: for all purchases made online there is a minimum order value of £5 which includes FREE UK delivery.


ONLINE PAYMENT
Payment can be taken using credit and debit cards in our secure payment area. Goods will only be despatched once payment is cleared.


LOGIN & REGISTER
You do not have to register on the site to make purchases. Registration on the site requires a current email address and password of your choice (minimum 6 characters). If you do register an account on the website you will be required to enter your password when making future purchases. Your name and address details will be securely saved to make future purchases quicker and easier. If you do not register you will need to type in your full details on each occasion. You can find out how we use and safeguard your data here. Privacy Policy. We do not keep any financial data relating to your credit or debit cards. This is managed through Sagepay secure payment.

If you forget your password you can be sent a new one. Simply click on the Forgotten your password? link on this page and enter your email address. You will be sent an email containing a temporary password (It may be easier to cut and paste it). You can use this password to log in. Once logged in you can go to your details and change the password to one of your choice.


PAYING BY INVOICE.
Schools, Businesses and Organisations are welcome to pay by invoice. Simply use the 'Pay by Invoice' button after you check out. Before despatching any goods we may contact you for further information.


VAT & DELIVERY
Our prices include VAT, handling charges & carriage by First class post or ‘next day’ carriers.

Please contact us before placing overseas orders as they may incur additional charges.


DELIVERY CHARGES
FREE Standard Service: Orders received by 4.00pm will be despatched by 1st class post the next working day.

Speed Service (UK orders only) - Orders received by 2pm will be despatched by 1st class post the same working day. Cost £5.15

Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK orders only) - Orders received by 2pm will be despatched the same working day, guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive the next working day. Some exceptions for outlying areas. Goods must be signed for on arrival. Cost £9.35

Please note for non-UK orders, we may need to add a small additional charge to cover extra postage costs.


RETURNS & REFUNDS
